This was the chapter that made me so upset! I remember getting here and thinking there's no way I can LIVE until i find out what happens. What I really love is that we've gotten some truth to the tales of the gods we've heard for the whole book. It took a turn that I think feels very right with Molly. A god within a lair of lava. RIGHT ON!
Ending this chapter like that was really hard. I wanted to keep going but it really needed to be in book 2 (there’s so much I can’t wait for you to read in that one!). Getting to see one of the gods in the flesh was important for a lot of reasons but especially to show that are real and tangible (and not immortal).
I know how you feel, given that I'm working on a third edition of my book. The nice thing about stuff like a re-release in another form is that you find errors and see more places to improve it.
Hmm, Molly is a lot more than she seems…. And how is this the second last chapter?!
I can neither confirm nor deny that 👀 And I really hated ending that way, lol.

Oh there’s a book 2. Phew.
Yes! It's been paused for a bit (sitting somewhere around 35k words). There will be a 3rd, as well. And possibly a second trilogy after.
How exciting that you've almost finished releasing the book in periodical form.
It’s been an interesting experience. I’m definitely glad that the book was mostly done before I started, haha.
