Kye's character arc is one my absolute favorites, but a lot of it is a slow burn (which isn't a bad thing!).
Mid chapter, eyebrow heightening reveal! The drama!
There's SO. MUCH. DRAMA. where that particular reveal is concerned. It's a sloooow burn, though.
Ooh, her Mum is one of the Faceless leaders! And threw out her own daughter?! Hmm, wonder what the real motive was…. 🤔
The plot thickens! I will say that particular part of the story is a slow burn.
